GPS.tempscan
GPS.tempscan offers automatic identification of all panes and accurate order related determination with the
furnace bed scanning system. Rectangles or shapes in any complexity or random positioning are
automatically identified and measured with the highest precision by the through-feed method.
During transport of the panes through the tempering furnace the surface area is fully scanned by the system. The reading process is done by maximum speed of transport.

  The system generates the accurate outlines of the panes and shows the relevant data for production automatically. All panes are assigned to order related positions and the stacking position is defined after tempering.

During tempering all panes are accurately identified. Breakages in the furnace are automatically recognized by the system with a secondary identification process and will be reported as remakes in the production control system.
 		    The identified panes are shown on the monitor with the accurate stacking position for the next production step. Missing panes are marked as remakes.
