GPS.scancam
Lisec Software offers a new, easy to use system, which can take the accurate dimensions of a shape from a digital photo.
It can be further processed if required, with a CAD System.
Simply take a photo with a normal digital camera. Distance and angle to the object are not of significant importance. Connect the camera to your computer and import the picture into GPS.scancam.

 

Reference points which determine the size ratio between the template and the reference marks are detected automatically.
GPS.scancam automatically corrects the perspective distortion, caused by the angle in which the picture was taken. 		    The zoom function makes it possible to define coordinate points at a very high detail. The programme creates lines or arcs connecting these points.
There are numerous software tools available to process the contour further, for example "Close Corner". This function is useful in case the corners of a template are damaged. The system automatically creates the machine processing code.
