GPS.perfectscan

Multifunctional Scanning system for Measuring, Identifying and Quality Inspection of single glass panes or Insulating glass units. GPS.perfectscan identifies faults such as scratches, enclosures, chip's, breakages, coating defects etc. It is the perfect tool to
auto-inspect the quality of laminated glass, checking for air enclosures and bad laminating at the corners of the unit.
The system further measures the glass and checks for the correct processing, such as drill holes, cut outs etc.

GPS.perfectscan detects damaged edges automatically, comparing the scanning result with the product specification requested by the customer.

The system identifies each piece of glass or IG unit by measuring the outline. Shape pattern and processings are recognised automatically. In combination with a production planning system such as GPS.prod, the software provides a perfect tool for product tracking.
The system also checks the correct placement of drill holes, cut outs or other types of processing. This combines manufacturing control with perfect fault scanning to produce and deliver top quality products.
GPS.perfectscan is suitable for a wide range of possible applications. It can be installed in a vertical orientation (f.I. for IG production) or horizontally for furnace bed scanning or as a quality check during the laminating process.

Furthermore it can be used as a scanner for templates, where GPS.perfectscan measures the exact outline and transfers a DXF file to production control or to an optimiser.
